Shipping Policy

 

 

• Shipping address:

  Shirts are shipped to the mailing address on file in your account. It is your responsibility to ensure your shipping information is accurate and up to date.

• Timing & fulfillment:

  Shirts are fulfilled monthly after billing. Orders already billed and in fulfillment will still ship even if a subscription is canceled.

• Risk of loss:

  Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the shipment is delivered to the carrier.

• Lost or delayed packages:

  Pit Boss Shirt Club is not responsible for carrier delays or lost shipments.

  Replacement of lost items may be offered at PBSC’s discretion but is not guaranteed.
