Frequently Asked Questions

When will I get my first shirt?

For your first month, delivery depends on when you join:

  • Order between the 26th and 5th: Expect your shirt to arrive by the 15th.
  • Order between the 6th and 15th: Expect it by the 25th.
  • Order between the 16th and 25th: Expect it by the 5th.

After your first shipment, your subscription renews on the 5th of each month, and your shirt ships the same day.

These dates are estimates — we’ll always do our best to get your shirts to you as quickly as possible.

What if my shirt doesn’t fit?

Update your sizing in your account, or email us and we'll make sure your sorted out!

Can I pick which shirts I get?

Nope — the surprise is part of the fun. But trust us, every one’s a keeper.
